The Shalom Free Clinic Thrift Store

The Shalom Free Clinic Thrift Store is located at 250 E. 1st Street in downtown Chico.

The store is open Mon-Sat from 10 AM - 6 PM for business and to drop off much-needed donations. Our phone number is 530-345-7056.

We really need YOUR help!

We need you to volunteer to work a shift and save your donations and bring them to the shop and to donate your used plastic shopping bags, and come shopping at the store or volunteer to help with cleaning items, picking up donations, pricing items --- the jobs are endless. WE NEED YOU!

The store is also looking for that special person to help coordinate all of the other store volunteers --- is this you?

We are also looking for more shelves to display items on --- do you have one gathering dust in your garage? How about an extra refrigerator to store volunteers food in?

The money earned from the store will help keep the Shalom Free Clinic going. We are expanding our services as needs arises --- and our expenses are increasing. Please help us to continue to provide services to our neighbors in need.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Shalom Free Clinic will:

Provide under insured and uninsured children and adults with health screening, primary care interventions, health service, and education including physical and mental/behavioral health services free of charge.

Welcome and accept people of all sexual orientations, races, genders, nationalities, economic standings, marital status, family configurations, ages, and different mental and physical abilities.
