There are many websites that have opportunities for specific characteristics such as those seeking medical professions. In addition, it may not be people's first option, but the military offers a health profession scholarship program (HPSP) where they provide tuition assistance as well as a monthly stipend. Don't forget the opportunities there, but it is up to you to seek it.
